MAINTENANCE SUPERVISION
Alpine Mining & Maintenance offers highly experienced Maintenance Supervisors who excel in leading and overseeing all aspects of heavy machinery maintenance programs in mining and civil operations. They ensure compliance with OEM standards, site safety protocols, and best-practice procedures for equipment. In addition to providing on-site maintenance services, our team is equipped to deliver breakdown assistance and effective fleet maintenance management. All Supervisors come qualified with RIIRIS301E, RIIWHS301E, RIICOM301E & RIIRIS402E (formerly S1,2,3 & G2), and are prepared to offer shutdown support when needed.
Our Maintenance Supervisors provide strong leadership and coordination across maintenance teams, ensuring work is planned, prioritised and completed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality. They work closely with site management, maintenance personnel and operators to identify equipment requirements, monitor scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance, and address potential issues before they lead to costly breakdowns. With practical field experience and a strong understanding of heavy equipment, our Supervisors help ensure maintenance activities remain organised, compliant and aligned with operational requirements, ultimately supporting improved equipment reliability, productivity and uptime.
